In all we do we respect tradition as a philosophical starting point, but we never rely on tradition alone. We always seek our own way - the way we would have done it if we’d invented it. Joe Pizza is no different. This is pizza al taglio through our eyes. We are not trying to reinvent or complicate pizza - think of it as a love letter to the originators of traditional Roman pie. We love our version and we hope you will love it too!
