My name is Susan Rouse, I am a certified and registered Reiki Master Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association. This insures that courses are complete and meet the high standards of the Canadian Reiki Association. All levels of Usui, Kundalini and Karuna Reiki Courses, Animal Reiki, Reiki Kids and Teens courses are taught in the beautiful Cobourg Ontario area.

Reiki (ray-key) is a "laying on of hands" light touch natural healing method. It is very gentle and non-invasive. The universal life force energy is channeled through the practitioner into the client. Reiki is spiritual in nature but is not a religion. Reiki sessions are available for all ages and benefits everyone. Reiki treats body, mind and spirit.

Reiki is a tool for use at any moment, any time, anywhere for on-the-spot stress relief, pain relief and quick energy. Reiki is very simple to learn and easy to use.

Simply by placing one's hands on oneself, or another person it allows the energy to flow through the individual.When you give a Reiki session you also receive one because you are channeling Reiki healing energy. Amazing!
