Since 1978 Van Isle Windows has maintained the same goals: to give our customers the best possible value, to strive for excellence in customer service, to pay attention to details, and follow through. Although most of our business comes from repeat customers or by way of referrals from satisfied customers, and even having won awards from the Better Business Bureau for demonstrating ethics and integrity in the marketplace, we know that we will never feel that we've reached our goal. So we keep on making improvements, whether it's by fine-tuning our systems, or by upgrading our equipment, or by improving our performance through staff training. We're keen to satisfy. We understand and appreciate the fact that our customers are largely responsible for our success and longevity.
