Pógue Fadó was conceived in late 2002 by five friends who had always dreamed of opening their own Pub. The plan was simple; create a warm, friendly environment where they and their friends could enjoy the best of food, drink and live music. Today their establishment is the busiest of its type in Atlantic Canada and is a well recognized landmark in the dining and entertainment scene.

The food is typical Pub fare along with some traditional Irish dishes that are all delicious and very reasonably priced. The drink is whatever you could want and more, with all the best Local and Import draughts on tap. As for the music, the pairing of top talent with a state-of-the-art sound system makes Pógue Fadó an unequalled live entertainment venue. Many of Canada's top performers have dropped by for an impromptu song or two.
