Greg Sheridan has been in the hospitality industry for most of his life, studying Hotel Restaurant Management at Loyalist College, & Advanced Chef Training at George Brown College. Greg, while attending Loyalist under the tutelage of Master Chef Heinz Haas won silver metal out of 152 competitors at the TASTE of CANADA COMPETITION. Greg has worked as a Chef for hotel chains such as Ramada Inn & Four Seasons, as well as lending his talents to various restaurants in the area. His award winning mastery in the kitchen led him, along with his wife Tena, a registered nurse, to open his own catering business in 1994.
