Pro Quip International

ProQuip International was founded in 1996 to design and manufacture innovative LED lighting solutions for the transportation industry and quickly adopted high brightness LED technology in 2000 to offer new solutions to that industry. We applied our experience in high performance, high reliability DC LED lighting to create light engines for the solar LED lighting market in 2006. In 2011, the company introduced a line of interior LED lighting products for use in residential, commercial, institutional and industrial markets. Street lighting markets are served through our distribution partnership with Kingsun, a major international manufacturer of high power exterior lighting.

PQI has been specifying, designing and installing quality off-grid solar LED lighting solutions for the harsh Canadian climate for over 5 years. In addition to our LED and Solar Lighting products, PQI designs and constructs large scale, safe and efficient commercial and residential solar PV energy solutions, many qualifying for the Ontario Government’s FIT and MicroFIT programs.
