Bertram Place Retirement Living Centre Inc

Nestled in the heart of the historic community of Dundas Ontario, Bertram Place's central location allows residents the freedom to easily walk to the library, pharmacies, medical services, restaurants and stores in the downtown.

With an old hotel atmosphere, Bertram Place provides residents with a variety of services that make independent living comfortable and affordable.

Regular daily exercises are encouraged in the Activities
Room usually around 10:00 am. Simple flexibility and toning
exercises provide residents with the basic physical stimulation
required to maintain normal function.

Programs that provide more intense or specialized activities are
available through the St. Joseph's Villa and can be accessed through
the DARTS pick up at our front door.

Seniors aqua - fit classes are available at the local Dundas Community
Pool which is six blocks from our location and at St. Joseph's Villa.
Transportation can be arranged through the city's DARTS services.

Rotary Club Seniors meet every Wednesday at the Dundas Lions Community
Centre. Shuttle service is available.
