I first had service here about 2 years ago on my Mazda 3 (brakes), and recently on my wife's Dodge Journey (also brakes).

They provide friendly service. Dale suggested other service that I might require, but didn't push for unnecessary work.

They also used good after market parts - not too expensive, but not too cheap (e.g. coated rotors for the Dodge since it doesn't get much mileage). The calipers appeared lubricated properly - the brakes were quieter and felt much better after getting the service done. Prices were reasonable (better than the dealer).
Also, no mysterious problems showed up.

I called Master Mechanics asking if they charge for a quick check up for a sound I am hearing at the rear end of my vehicle, the response was "of course, it's $83."

I then called Gerry's car care and asked the same question to which Dale stated that it would be no charge to check it out.

I went in, everybody was friendly. They found and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes - no charge. Although I insisted on paying, Dale declined stating that "it isn't right to charge for such a short period of work"

Being a female driver and knowing very little about cars, I am always cautious going to garages for repairs. My car needed an emergency fix and the service I received from the first phone call I made to me walking back to my once-again driveable car was impeccable!
I dealt with Dale, Chris and even spoke to Gerry himself. My car needed only a small fix and they even allowed me to the back in the workshop space to see my car get worked on. I really appreciate their openness and genuine customer service.
Dale was super helpful and friendly. Thank you for making me feel at ease!
