We are the owners and primary doctors of LiveWell Family Health Centre, Ottawa’s leading full service natural health centre.  Our Mission is to guide you and your family to be well, stay well and live well.  We utilize Chiropractic, Naturopathy, Nutrition, Massage Therapy, Yoga, Journey Counseling,  a Natural Pharmacy, and customized exercise to enhance your health and well-being.  We have discovered that when clients utilize many of the services of the Centre, it has a profound impact on their overall health status and optimizes wellness.

We understand that in order to be truly healthy you must eat well, move well, think well and sleep well.  We also understand that most people are overwhelmed by the quantity and, often conflicting nature of health information available to them.  Our blog will help give clarity to what it means to be “truly healthy”.   We will emphasize stories and articles that adhere to the principles that help our clients achieve their health goals everyday.  Our blog will benefit from a combined 25 years of health care experience helping real people with real problems.  We look forward to guiding you to be healthy, well and wise.
