Alan O’Rourke Construction is a general contractor and project management company, whose founder and owner has over 25 years of construction experience and a solid reputation for quality, service, and honesty. We enjoy building custom homes with challenging designs using modern building techniques. We also build laneway homes for clients who want a mortgage helper or for family. There is great satisfaction in being able to help clients renovate and update their homes within a budget they can afford. We have extensive experience building secondary suites in homes, as well as large and small outdoor projects involving decks, stone-work and landscaping. We have experience with small-scale commercial spaces as well.
