Nobu Residences Condos is a new mixed-use condominium project currently in the construction phase with hotel and retail uses located at 15 Mercer Street by John Street in downtown Toronto by Madison Homes and designed by Teeple Architects Inc. Nobu Condos are going to be the King West Entertainment District next big thing. Proposed condo suites and a high-end boutique hotel, with 884 condos in the tower portion as well as roughly 150 hotel suites. A brand new fitness centre and meeting spaces and a restaurant and a café on the ground level.
